Some of the clients he has represented at various stages include: County Governments, Banking and other financial institutions, State corporations, Insurance companies, hoteliers, manufacturing companies as well as institutions of higher learning.

Notable Achievements

Successfully defended a top hotelier against a class action suit by its staff who alleged unfair termination as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic wherein judgment had been entered for kshs. 10,000,000

Part of the team that is representing one of the county government’s in an irregular contract awarded to a popular media company for the delivery of broad cast and advertising services where the outlay is kshs. 6,000,000.

Represented a major state corporation which was embroiled in a commercial tussle with a contractor over unpaid certificates for works done where the total outlay of the contract of Kshs. 258,643,773.70.

Edwin was part of the team that represented one of the major bottling companies in a commercial dispute revolving around wrongful exercise of a general lien over the bottler’s soda concentrates valued at Kshs 25,000,000 as well as refusal to pay custom duty to the taxman to the tune of Kshs. 55,000,000.
