Our Real Estate and Banking practice has rapidly grown in tandem with the Kenyan real estate sector that has experienced a boom in recent years. Our team delivers on full range of services ranging from structuring and planning of complex banking and real estate transactions, acquisition and disposal of property, conventional personal loans, project financing, corporate lending, securitization to asset-based lending, real estate finance and cross-border financing transactions.
Our team is also experienced in designing of operational documents for banks such as Legal Charges, Debentures, Guarantees and all securities created under the Moveable property security rights Act.
This is in addition to our general role of advising banks and other financial institutions in respect of various types of credit/lending transactions, perfecting of security documents, offering pre-disbursement legal opinions on complex transactions among other roles.
